I’m Tania Perez, founder of KODA Cabinetry and award-winning lead designer at KODA Interiors. I started this company out of frustration with overpriced cabinetry and the way large corporations often pass rising tariff costs onto clients. My goal was to make modern, functional kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins accessible at fair, competitive prices—without ever compromising on quality or style.

As a single-mom–owned small business, I don’t carry a massive showroom or warehouse. By keeping overhead low, I can shield my clients from rising material and tariff costs and pass the savings directly to you—delivering exceptional cabinetry and thoughtful design at prices that truly make sense.

I also prioritize working with US-based cabinetry manufacturers whenever possible, reducing tariffs, minimizing shipping costs from overseas, and supporting more environmentally friendly practices—all while ensuring high-quality, durable cabinetry for your kitchen, bathroom, or custom built-in.
